A mess of an app and customer service is royally unhelpful. I don't blame the service rep for clearly not wanting to be there, and I imagine it is company policy for customer service to be completely useless, so I don't blame her for that, but man. This app is so frustrating to use when something goes wrong. I have to go through leaps and bounds to get one inch closer to fixing it. I gave social, card number, email, ect, and wasn't given something as simple as a username. Would not recommend.

So many fees it's ridiculous! They charge $5 for every declined transaction... you literally are not allowed to transfer money out without paying a fee. Now they are gonna start charging $3 to use apps like vennmo, cash app, and PayPal. I'm gonna look into other options. Such a pain to just use your own money how you want without these guys holding their hand out...

I've been using this app for over a year with no issues. Suddenly today, the app stopped working and says I need to download the app but when I go to the store to do it I've already downloaded it and it doesn't give me the option to update it. I can still log into my account from my web browser but it's more convenient to use the app if it would only work. Hopefully, this bug gets fixed quickly.
