I've been using these cards for the past seven years when I stumbled upon them one day on a quick trip to a 7-11 store! Out of curiosity, I purchased one $2.95 card. I was broke that day, so I only put $10.00 on card. Once I'd begun working again, I began using the Transact Prepaid Card to pay my bills! Oh they offer direct deposit too! Having the app is even better too! It saves the hassle of calling customer service about an issue. I definitely recommend this to anyone on the go!!

I tried to login in multiple times and when I click on the text box to put my username in, it takes me right back to the "login/new user" page. I've Uninstalled the app, turned my phone off and tried to download again. Same issue just keeps happening. Having this 7-11 prepaid card is more hassle and a waste of time than it's worth. This prepaid card, mobile app and company is just trash. Never will I purchase a prepaid card from 7-11 again!

if there was a zero I would rate it zero.. If you want to use this horrible prepaid service then you must be a person that loves to just give away money. The fees on this card ARE HORRIBLE.. WOW.. Go to walmart and get one there. Netspend and 711 are robbing you in fees. The app is even just as bad. Doesnt work properly wanted me to use my biometric which I do for all my financial apps and never reads my fingerprint when others have no issues. Navigation in the app is laking and has ZERO UI/UX..
