The app is fine, but it never lists the drinks there; it only lists coffee. In the location, I clearly see soda, milk, and other drinks. Also, one time I went to another Shipley's, they were out of something, so I asked for a refund for that item, and they couldn't. I don't get that. When placing orders, it says, "What number for updates about this order?"

No point in having an app when you can't order from it. Tried numerous times the last few days to order. Tried the kolache/donut special for $4, had no issues choosing which option of both I wanted. I then tried 1/2 dozen and dozen to which both informed me half the flavors were unavailable yet had no such issues with my kolache/donut picks? After taking over half an hour to finally input an order to satisfy my group, upon checking out was informed online ordering wasn't a available. Seriously??

App is slow and hard to navigate. It wouldn't let me use my reward. If I had the reward items in my cart and apply the reward, it still tried to charge for the reward items. So I removed the reward items from my cart and applied the award and checked out. The reward items were not included in my order. So, no way to redeem the rewards! Also, this is a drive through not a restaurant with service, a tip is automatically applied last minute that you have to remove.
