This just showed up on my phone. I hate getting notifications so I turned off that feature on all my other apps but I can't with this. It keeps turning it back on. I've tried uninstalling it and it's still there. I've never had an app do this. T-Mobile needs to fix this and delete it from my phone. This is invasion of privacy. I was on the fence about switching carrier but if this isn't fixed than I'm finding someone else that doesn't force things on you. And respects my privacy.

This is the app from HELL. You can't make it permanently go away! You literally "uninstall" it and it comes back! I haaaaate notifications, so I disabled them in almost everything. But with this is one, the notifications just keep coming! Some days it'll let me actually click off the notifications (which it then ignores) and other days the notification button is grayed out. I've been over and over and over this with customer support and even "submitted a request" BUT IT DOESN'T WORK!

T-Mobile forces the app on customers. Phone worked fine without it for over a year. Then it was installed without any input from me. If you disable it, it re-enables itself. Can't uninstall it. Very annoying. It's a "free phone" that I've got 3 more payments before I own it. Then I'll unlock the phone, root it, and figure out how to uninstall it, and find another carrier. Smooth move T-Mobile. You lost me with this.
