Ratings and reviews

WAY better than other delivery apps. UI is intuitive, it's easy to make $60-70/day depending on the size of your city. I would give 5 stars, except for 2 things: one, the support, frankly, SUCKS. They are extremely unhelpful and it usually takes 2-3 agents to get your problem fixed. The other thing is that it once told me to turn the wrong way onto a one way street, directly into oncoming traffic. I didn't do it, obviously, but that's a serious error that can't continue.

App will randomly crank output volume while passengers are in the car. I will be the first to file a hearing loss lawsuit if this continues. The Uber map sent me the wrong way up one way streets in cities so often that I can't trust any directions from uber. The few times the address does not sync to google costs me my ratings. Drivers have 10 seconds to open their phone and read from the app while driving passengers to accept trips. This happens regardless of weather and traffic.

This app is horrible. Constantly freezes when you try to scan a barcode or take the delivery picture. The gps is terrible. Doesn't go into landscape mode which forces me to hold my phone while driving. And these are the main reasons for the app! Also loves to sign me out when I'm not even touching my phone while I'm waiting for a delivery to come in. Unacceptable in this day and age.
