The app does all kinds of random, weird things.. Like drop off work abilities... Then support is hard -headed and doesn't listen to what you're saying when you tell them what's going on. Very rarely do they solve the issue the first time... Definitely causes a gap in the ability to make money.. when it works smoothly, which is almost never, it's great but when it messes up and you have to call support, it's s***...

I'm forced to turn on overlay permissions so it can draw over other apps in order to clock in now. This results in a bad UX (e.g. accidentally accepting trips while using other apps). I'm better at my job without it. There's also a bug preventing the menu at the bottom from being dismissed, resulting in a much more limited view of the navigation window. The app is almost unusable in its current state. Still no in-app compass.

This has been an awful experience every time I've tried it. It doesn't walk you through the app. Driver support is not in the app. You have to back out and call them. I didn't get paid the amount either time that I accepted them for. The 1st Tim because I didn't have my "preferences" turned correctly I had to give a HUMAN a ride. I was approved for both but only wanted delivery. Might be helpful to start off with everything turned off and walk through HOW to choose. I think I'm done.
