Used to love Swiggy but it's getting worse everyday. Got orders delayed by half an our, got cold food delivered, didn't get any compensation. All I got was false promises, twice. Was trying to add a mode of payment and mistakenly placed an order today. Immediately went to cancel the order only to be informed a cancellation fees of the full amount would be charged. it's not even been a minute yet. Frustrating would be understatement.

the worst customer care service I have ever received. one of the time was missing from my order and when I tried to contact them , they just closed every conversation without any help or discussion. and I had just renewed the membership. and yes most importantly, when I asked for the invoice it doesn't contain any order details.. no mention of any items in the invoice

I'm very disappointed with the slow chatbot customer service & very poor customer support. I had an item missing in my order. I immediately used the customer support option on the app, it was an automated response that offered refund of just that item amount (no fees). While I was waiting for a human to respond, I placed another order to re-order just the missing item from the same restaurant so that we can have lunch on time,I paid all the order fees again and then Swiggy refused to refund it.
