I rarely wrote a review but since the app constantly crashes, i feel compelled to write a review. As mentioned, the app constantly crashes. Cimb should put for more funds on their tech team and get their team working around the clock to fix this. The mobile app is unusable to me at this time. A bank shouldnt have downtime on their mobile app this often and long (look at the review)

When scan to pay, loading, ask for fingerprint, loading, scan QR, loading, enter amount, loading, submit, loading, success. Please change your security logic so it doesn't have to make API calls in between each step! Each loading step was very long even though I had 5G network and connection. It's not about having a fast connection, it's about not making so many API calls.

Similar with many others, having major problem logging into Octo app for the last few days. App either hangs, crashes or the screen is frozen. Worse, unable to do TAC approval. Lucky most of the time able to access the app after restarting my phone but come on, you guys wouldn't expect users to restart their phones and pray hard that they can properly access the app... There is obviously a major flaw in this updated app. Please look into it immediately, it's a really horrendous experience.
