I rarely wrote a review but since the app constantly crashes, i feel compelled to write a review. As mentioned, the app constantly crashes. Cimb should put for more funds on their tech team and get their team working around the clock to fix this. The mobile app is unusable to me at this time. A bank shouldnt have downtime on their mobile app this often and long (look at the review)

Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks Web https://www.cimbclicks.com.my/ Step 2: You can find the mailbox at the top right corner next to the logout button.

I would like to copy and paste my 128 chars password but this app doesn't allow it. This app doesn't even allow my password manager to autotype the long and very strong generated password. So in the end I have no choice but to use a short and less secure password so that I can type into this app. So now my password can be easily guessed or cracked with a word list. "For security reasons" that's why it's not allowed. But short memorable passwords are secure? Your security team consists of idiots

"Please add an option to receive notifications from the app for incoming funds to the account. Currently, notifications are only available for outgoing transactions. Other banking apps already have this feature, and it would greatly improve the user experience. This will also make it easier for users to know when money has been credited to their account without needing to open the app. I will give a 5-star rating once this notification feature is added to the app."
