As of late the app has become absolutely useless. It just will not load at all. I sign in and it's just the loading screen for a few minutes before throwing an error. Really inconvenient when I need to know what money I have in my account. When it does rarely work though, it works well. It used to always work, I don't know what kind of update was pushed to break it entirely

I have been trying for 3 days to update my contact information. I am a rural customer that does not live in the city, so most of my banking is done online. The message on the App for at least the last 3 days is "Sorry, something's up and we're working hard to fix it." This is useless if I cannot update my contact info for 2 factor authentication! It means that I have to travel at least 40 minutes into the bank for every transaction that they decide to demand 2 factor authentication.

Can you please stop with this annoying pop up asking me if I want to turn notifications on every time I open the app??? , especially since I do have notifications turned on. I know you robots will be really confused with that question so if there are any humans actually working at BMO could you please fix this. I expect it from all the other apps because they are just garbage but this is supposed to be a serious professional app so please stop with that annoying pop-up it's driving me crazy.
