Need a card reader? Take card payments in-store or on-the-go with the sleek Chase Card Reader. This versatile reader provides a simple and secure way to accept cards and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Set the reader on top of the Chase Card Reader Base to elevate your payment experience at the counter and charge it at the same time.

Requirements: To process transactions, you must have a Chase Business Complete Banking® account or Chase Payment Solutions℠ account, and install the Chase POS app on your mobile device.

• ¹Payments processed, approved, and completed by 5 PM Pacific Time (PT) / 8 PM Eastern Time (ET) are eligible for same-day deposits, 6 days a week, excluding Saturdays. Payments processed, approved and completed by 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET, Sunday through Friday (including holidays), will be deposited into the business owner's Chase business checking account that night. my old reader worked 100% better than this one!!! Out of the past 10 transactions I have tried to use the new device it is connected twice.... I've had to have customers come back with cash or pay me with venmo!

I've used the app 4 times and it was great. Today I tried to take a payment and a message stated "This app us closing because it has a bug. When the owner creates a fix, reload the app " What's going on and how long till the fix happens? I would expect something from Chase Card Services. I'll be calling them.

It is IMPOSSIBLE TO CONNECT TO THIS APP!!!!! It took almost 4 hours to set up this app. I had to uninstall n reinstall it at least 5 times when I first installed it to work. The very next day when I was going to use the app it took an hour for it to connect. Every time I had a transaction it wouldn't work!! 😔🤬😡. I lost multiple sales due to clients not wanting to wait for it to work. WOULD NOT RECOMMENED!!!!!
