Absolutely awful. I'm an employee whose employer uses square, and I don't have anything good to say as the end-user. It updates mid-day, which takes forever and won't allow sales to be made while updating. I have several screens or pop-ups to close out of after EVERY sale. No, I don't want to "stay in touch." Stop asking. When I try to accept a card sale, a pop-up appears that makes you think that enabling NFC is required, but if you hit "yes," it disables the card reader. Avoid if possible.

Was great...Now frustrating. I have been using this system since May and it was working great. The last 2 weeks the device is disconnecting and its taking 30-45 minutes to get it reconnected. Going to desperate measures and having to uninstall then re-install the app every time. Week 3 and I'm already having the same problem. This is ridiculous.

Would be great if it wasn't for so many bugs. Switched my business to square and I've regret it since. You can't create new clients at all, it forces you to import them from contacts which doesn't work half the time, and trying to create a customer in the app just gives error codes. Often invoices won't load or send, and the custom items rarely show up as theyre supposed to. Due to bugs it often takes hours to write an invoice with a paragraph in it
