Not about the app, but the wireless device: A nice concept, but it's SUPER inconsistent. Sometimes at 300+ Mbps. At others, 0.5- Mbps. And at other times, none at all. …It's SUPER FRUSTRATING!! All I want in this house, is consistency. I would accept, like… 30 Mbps, flat, all the time, with no wavering. Anything where websites/apps still remain functioning (without it *constantly* dropping out, when T-Mobile isn't in the right "mood").

If I could give no stars I would. How are you the biggest network with the most non-working app there is? I always have to reset my password to get in. And it's always an error it's slow! Unless it's just the service 🥴🙄. Every time I have to log in I feel dreadful! I have been with T-Mobile for 10 years and this app is still trash! It's always crashing or something 🙄

Look, the App is garbage. It is super slow, if you need specifics or need information, this app is not where you get it. The chat feature is laughable. You get connected 99% the time to someone who doesn't understand and cannot help. This may be AI, it doesn't work whatever it is. Most of the information reported is inaccurate. The app cannot even get my phone right for 4+ years. Please do better T-mobile.
