Ratings and reviews

There are very few things you can expect out of this app. You can see your reward balance and health plan true. As for the rest, it's like trying to navigate through a summertime corn maze. Most menu items lead to dead ends. The website (UHC. com) is the better choice. You can expect to actually get things done there. Whoever designed this app needs a few more semesters of tech school.

As if the app wasn't difficult enough when I first started, it really stinks now. You guys have to realize that you're not dealing with technology wise young wizards. The majority of us are up in age and not up on technology all that well. Especially with your U-Hub section. Now it just have arrows to tap with no labels to tell you what you're tapping on. Just empty spaces. Real brilliant. An app with no labels, just arrows to tap. I hope one of the buttons isn't a detonator. Keep it simple.

When I tried to use Virtual Dermatology it required me to create a separate account. That included entering the date of birth. Some idiot programmer or UX designer disabled entering it from the keyboard and the only way is to navigate a primitive calendar control that flips one month at a time. Selecting a date for 50 years old thus requires about 600 clicks. Then it requested it again.
