The October 31st update has introduced two problems: 1. There are white bars at the top and bottom of the display now. I get that it's to preserve the aspect ratio of the feed, but please make them a darker color because they're blinding when the monitor is in our room at night. 2. The feed is extremely delayed now. Like over 2 minutes delayed at times. Neither of these problems ever existed until the October 31 update.

love this app and the monitor. although there are a few kinks such as sometimes the sock does not show that stats sometimes and the monitor is a pain to set up to different wifi, sometimes the noise notificationsare delayed by hours. but the quality of picture is unmatched, the sound also. it is awesome when I am traveling and I can take a peep while my kid is napping. overall really nice

Been using a year. Only complaint is the arrow keys. If you hold them down to move camera too long, it rotates the camera to the limit of its range which is dumb. Should just move until you let go. But connectivity, picture quality, usability, 2 way audio are all great. I love Eufy products. And you can unplug in 1 room and move to another seamlessly. As soon as you plug back in, it does its homing routine, and youre good to go.
