Would be great if it wasn't for so many bugs. Switched my business to square and I've regret it since. You can't create new clients at all, it forces you to import them from contacts which doesn't work half the time, and trying to create a customer in the app just gives error codes. Often invoices won't load or send, and the custom items rarely show up as theyre supposed to. Due to bugs it often takes hours to write an invoice with a paragraph in it

Was great...Now frustrating. I have been using this system since May and it was working great. The last 2 weeks the device is disconnecting and its taking 30-45 minutes to get it reconnected. Going to desperate measures and having to uninstall then re-install the app every time. Week 3 and I'm already having the same problem. This is ridiculous.

I have so many issues with Square. Every time I try to take a payment, I have to cycle thru all of the different ways to accept a payment (swipe, tap, chip reader) at least twice before it finally works. IF IT WORKS. More often than not, I have to end up typing in the information because the readers aren't working. My clients have come to expect this level of difficulty so much that when it does go thru on the first try, they are all shocked that it actually worked.
