If I could give no stars I would. How are you the biggest network with the most non-working app there is? I always have to reset my password to get in. And it's always an error it's slow! Unless it's just the service 🥴🙄. Every time I have to log in I feel dreadful! I have been with T-Mobile for 10 years and this app is still trash! It's always crashing or something 🙄

Horrible. Try to manage your account, redeem a benefit, manage your plan, or view your bill and it will not work. Try to shop, upgrade, or pay your bill and it works every time! Weird, right? Then you're forced to call, and that is an even worse experience. They definitely oversold the service and experience. There is nothing I like about T-Mobile in general. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED!

Terrible. App constantly freezes, fails log in, doesn't refresh properly, changes to account are a guess if working or not. Basically just a webpage wrapper anyway. Just load the site in a browser and add to home screen. It's the same but works. Also, with new play store data safety it now shows that data isn't encrypted. Terrible business practice for a telecom. Update: App is just a custom browser for the website itself. Download bill and is nowhere on device. Garbage app. Remove and use web
