I have been a customer using this app for many years and most of the time it's awful. They constantly update it to make it "more convenient" but it just ends up broken somewhere else than it was before. I have reinstalled, restarted the phone and the app and it's totally garbage. I think they have toddlers doing the programming because it's the most budget nonsense app I've ever used. If you cared about your customers a tiny bit, you'd try harder.

Home wifi service has been awful lately, and it's not inside where the problem likely is. The source of the problem has to still be outside, the main service connector apparatus. The app has been updated numerous times, but the payment feature has gotten worse. It was a much simpler format before the recent couple of updates. And now, I have to input my username and password every time I open this app. Even though, I solely possess my phone and did not have to this frequently.

Incredibly difficult to find simple things like viewing the actual breakdown of the bill on a monthly basis. Help chat is very very slow and difficult to work with. It should not take 8-10 taps to get to so the most important part of the app, but it does. It's extremely frustrating to use this app, and every bill feels intentionally complicated to read and understand.
