Ratings and reviews

The new update sucks. I cannot scan all of my passes in a matter of seconds. I have to back out of each ticket and go click on the QR end scan the new ticket and do it all over again. this is no longer convenient. I would much rather go through the teams ticket site or app, even though service generally sucks. All apps are moving away from being customer friendly and convenient. Google is no different

Everything works exactly as needed. For me, I would like to see better organisation. Could folders or 'pockets' be introduced to organise loyalty cards, travel cards etc. It would be good to be able to group similar cards together for a cleaner look rather than scrolling through a list of cards. If this is introduced, its an easy 5* from me!

update 03.19. I'm downgrading this to one star. I've completed all of the troubleshooting steps listed below and I still have to hit the payment button multiple times for a payment to go through. This is an app issue, not user. Whenever you attempt to make a payment via a mobile site, the wallet will appear. you hit submit and then you have to hit submit multiple times before the transaction goes through. this is very frustrating when you are trying to pay for something very quickly
