What is e-Pay Punjab?

ePay Punjab is the first ever digital payment aggregator for Public to Government (P2G) and Business to Government (B2G) payments in Pakistan.
Using ePay Punjab, dues can be paid through the following payment channels.

• Mobile Banking
• Internet Banking
• ATM
• OTC (Over the Counter)
• Mobile Wallets
• Telco Agents

The solution is developed by The Punjab IT Board (PITB) under the instructions and guidance of The Finance Department of Punjab. At the backend it is integrated with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and 1-link for interconnectivity across the entire banking network in Pakistan.

Payment Process and Channels
To pay the tax dues, an individual will access ePay Punjab application or website to generate a 17-digit PSID number. The PSID number that is unique for each transaction could subsequently be used on the aforementioned Six payment channels i.e. Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, ATM, OTC, Mobile Wallets and Telco Agents by the citizens to pay the tax dues.

Zindigi Account Holders can pay tax online through ePay Punjab. This service will increase in the number of customers using the bank's bill payment services, reduction in the number of late payments, improvement in customer satisfaction level and user experience.

Well, No activation email received after registering at ePay Punjab App. Than I sent an email to the support team and in just 2 hours I got reaponse from PITB support and they resolved the issue. That is wonderful. For the 1st time I got a positive and timely response from government department. I appreciate the efforts of PITB. I would suggest to fix this bug. That will not only add values but will improve user experience. Overall I would say that the ePay Punjab and PITB working great.

Unable to generate a psid for token tax. Have been trying throughput this month and my tax expires in 2 days. Also sent an email no reply. Even had to revert back to old password as it wasn't letting me create a new password. Why does a password get expired anyway? That is so dumb.

I am facing weird issue on Reset password page There are some requirements for new password which i fullfill but it still send me error after clicking on reset that format is not correct I think your front end has some other validation than backend as frontend aproved when i enter 1 Uper case 1 lower case 1 numer and 1 special character with min length 8 but backed error it out
