Requesting a personal ride has never been easier on Uber Lite— Here’s how it works in four steps:

Open the app
Confirm where you are and tap to select your destination
Choose a vehicle type
Confirm your ride

What happens after you request?
Your location and destination information is shared with your driver so they know where to pick you up and drop you off.

Once you've requested a ride, the app will show you all the information you need about your upcoming trip, including your driver’s name, picture, contact information, vehicle details, progress toward your destination, and their time to arrival.

When your trip is over, pay in cash. Uber Lite does not accept digital forms of payment at this time.

it is very difficult to put the pickup location, sometimes the drop location and also save a place to favourite. there is no setting options in the manage account. please solve this. The app should not even ask for the pickup location everytime, when we open the app, it should ask only for destination. sometimes we will not be knowing the whereabouts of our location. We will not be able to put the pickup location. if we try to put what we know it shows irrelevant results we get confused.

worst experience app doesn't work properly and drivers are the worts last time a driver kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes when I called him to ask what was going on hang up the phone twice I ended cancelling the ride and uber charged me that is a scam from uber company I will never ride or use this scam app never and of course will tell all my friends and family to use eiby instead I couldn't give less stars.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS APP. For a drive, I accidentally paid the driver TWICE and didn't realise until after the driver had left. When I found out, I tried calling the driver however that wasn't possible so I went to the app to get customer service or contact the driver THROUGH the app. The 'Contact the driver' button wasn't working.... It is so disappointing seeing such a popular and reputed company's app not working properly...
