This new app is completely unusable. Sends me into an endless 2 step verification loop that just reroutes back to the sign-in screen every time. Yes, it's updated. Complete trash. Update: Can't sign in on the website on any browser either. Enter code from two-step verification, & it reroutes to login screen every time. Comcast is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to have an account with. No option to switch.

This is one of the most annoying experiences I've had in recent memory. My wife signed up for a new plan and sent an invitation to my email to join her account. I went through the account setup and used the very complicated but presumably more secure password that was suggested. Upon opening the app, it was suggested that I reset my password. When I followed the link to do so, it only sent me to a deadend page asking if I needed further assistance with a phone number to call. 100% ridiculous!

Infuriatingly, the Xfinity phone system constantly pushes you towards the app or chat. as a 50-year-old I really wanted to talk to someone, but once I gave the texting option and app option a fair chance, it is now my preferred method, specifically because I don't have to deal with someone. I just needed to give it a chance. it's actually very handy when it comes to running diagnostics on your equipment and resetting things to get your services up and running when your internet is being flaky.
