Does not scan QR at all.. I always have to take a photo them upload the QR to make payments. FIX THIS ASAP

I am new to this app. And this app needs an update. It sounds weird but I paid my electricity thrice times a few hours ago . After a transaction, neither it displayed " transaction successful" notification just like e-wallet nor I got a sms from bank about my balance deduction. At least it should have displayed a pop up notification on " transaction successful" after paying the bill.

What the hell is this ... i tried to register mobile bank app and it said to send an sms to register but couldn't. I tried so many times bt it said failed😡😡😡. If you guys can't give us proper facility than stop try to show us more and more. If there is an option of minus rating than i give that. Such an frustrating.
