Update - 10-23-24 I communicated the issue with the techs and they got it fixed. My milage is now working great. Thank you!!! My issue is resolved. Mileage tracking is horrible. Even when it was working, it was not working well. Since September 25th it is not tracking at all. You hit start tracking and it says it's tracking but when you hit stop it is not saving my trips.

Mileage tracker stopped working about a month ago. Like many others, I have been waiting for a fix. I use my car daily for work and I need this function to work! It's saying that the location settings need to be changed but I have gone through every single setting to no avail. I know it's not on my end. QuickBooks this is on you! My accountant is also frustrated since my data has not been accurate for 2 months - we have a monthly check up. So now y'all are creating problems further downstream!

I have been using Quickbooks for years with no problem. I was pretty happy with the service. This year, everything went south. The mileage tracker no longer works with newer version of android phones. I have talked to customer services at least 5 times and did everything they recommended me to do. I've talked to several customers inside chat rooms that are dealing with the same issues. No one seems to have the solution. Sadly to say, many have left Quickbook.
