Ratings and reviews

Starting to get fed up from this app the apps which are using shukran card like babyshop, splash, centerpoint, homecentre they are working very slow and and 3 days delivery or more it's about time to stop shopping from them. The details of the issue most of the item in ur apps is freezing aside from it's working very slow when it's freezing you can't do anything you see the sizes available and I have an order currently it has been 4 days already but I haven't received it yet while ur app says..

Order was messed up. Totally wrong items with size, age and colour was delivered to me. I had to take it to a nearby store to return and they didn't even have the same products I wanted nor were they in discount in store as they were online when I ordered. Very disappointed.

Its good overall but there are some problems with the search function.. it's not accurate.. I enter a specific word it shows it but it shows unrelated things too.. Also when in the bag it says free shipping then when proceeding it charges me for shipping!!
