EDIT: After logging out, restarting my phone, and then logging back in, my data reappeared. There is still no sync option, though, & the app isn't as user friendly as it was. Everything takes more taps to do, it seems. I used to love the app. But after changing the app, my data will not sync. I've tried the trouble-shooting steps, but can't complete them because there are no "sync" options where the chatbot says there should be. I've logged in & out a few times.

At first, I purchased the Renpho scale with only Bluetooth, which was easy to set up on my Pixel phone. However, I wasn't satisfied with it because I had to have my phone right next to the scale. So, I called customer service to express my displeasure, and I was told there is a model that not only worked with Bluetooth but is compatible with Wi-Fi as well. I returned the old scale and purchased the WIFI one. No issues with setup. I only wish I would be able to connect it to my Pixel Watch.

Wanted to let folks know who bought the Vont brand scale only to have the software support & company completely vanish, this app works with the scale I just downloaded it, clicked the "+", told it to look for available scales, and it found the Vont and transferred all the same information. It looks like a good app, One real nice feature is you can use the app in guest mode So you don't have to share any info, especially if you just want to confirm it's going to work.
