Ratings and reviews

Very convenient for finding stuff. Even used it to help another customer find an item. I use the shopping lists quite a bit. Convenient for get in-get out. I've not had log-in or lag issues that others mention in reviews. I find the home page a bit too cluttered and the store map is almost useless on a phone. After zooming enough to make text readable you lose perspective of location. Doubt that can be improved. Adding a special barcode for the military discount would be a nice improvement.

Latest update as all but crippled the app. In the Shop area and click on any header. App goes to My Lowes and gets stuck in a loop for login. I shouldn't need to login to see all your Appliances, if I'm researching and not ready to purchase. Very slow on being up and results from manually typing in a search item since can't look up things by category.

several times I couldn't see what I was doing because the keyboard was in the way but scrolling was blocked. When I went to order, I had to add an address to my list of addresses for the credit caed, then again for "billing address"?. and it wasn't clean that was what it was waiting for before I could order. When you click on a color option, the whole pages refreshes instead of the image. really just a poorly thought out app all together.
