This was a disaster. I installed the app again after being out of town for a year, and didn't get a discount on anything I clipped! Even worse, the cashier told me to go to customer service and wouldn't bag the groceries! Isn't Acme supposed to be full-service, as opposed to Aldi? I ended up getting some discounts. The lady in customer service was very nice, but I couldn't keep track of everything that's still on the app. I feel cheated.

Keeps kicking me out. Constant glitches. Spent an hour trying to make an order, only about 20 items, finally gave up on the last couple things I wanted. After that frustrating hour, picked my substitutions, picked my time and tried to check out. given a service error, kicked out, again. I opened app again, every item in my cart was listed as out of stock. Every item in my buy it again category says out of stock. Then cart was empty. All that time wasted Gave up. Worst app ever. Extremely angry.

The app updated and now when you clip your deals, it doesn't automatically take the discounts off at the register. You MUST add the products to MyList in order to get them. This is an intentional way to get people to not notice that they aren't giving you discounts. EVEN MY FOR U REWARDS WERE NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADDED!! This app is less than useless but they force you to use it since they don't take paper coupons anymore. Hate this change!!!!!!!!!!!
