The app has its issues, but generally works well for me. My only complaint in large is with my service price, but for the connection speeds I get, I suppose I shouldn't complain much at all. Windstream has never done me wrong. I always recommend them to my friends and family, and even people I don't know well. Great internet speeds are worth what I pay, for certain! Thank you Windstream 🖤

This is an Edit from my last review. I have high speed internet finally. It has made a huge difference in the quality of service. We can watch internet movies without them buffing. Several cell phone devices can be used at the same time it's pretty awesome. So instead of two stars for the horrible service that I've been receiving and I'll give them 4 stars. I've been really impressed with the bill not fluctuating, and overall I'm very pleased..

For days now I've been without Internet. Try using the app to get notifications and it keeps asking for my phone number but won't take it. Without the phone number you can not opt in to the notifications. I can't believe there is a system problem. Most likely they are updating to fiber optic. Which they have claimed to be giving us for years now. Stay away from Kinetic and Windstream. They are not honorable people. Price has gone up to over $80. Since then the service has be horrible.
