Exactly what I needed....dedicated stretches and exercises for the parts of my body that I want to focus on. Low stress and pushiness when it comes to selling VIP/Premium use of the app. AND exercises I can FIT into my day as well as longer more focused options. I use this app everyday, at LEAST once, and everyday I feel better and more capable.

It wasn't the best. -First off, it has a billion adds. It showcases different exercises for you to do, then makes you watch a 30 second add to use them. It also shows you adds EVERYWHERE ELSE. If you're doing an exercise and you need to watch a instructional video, add. After you finish, add. When you're done exercising, add. They're just everywhere. -Second, it wasn't really what I was looking for. "Morning warmup" is about half exercises, not stretches. If you want to do only stretch, add.

I love that it's free and ads are not invasive or too annoying. I just wish you could make a personal list / collection of the exercise groupings so they're easier to find. Like a home page that has your favorited / chosen 'workouts' that you can put in order how you want, Ex: "morning warm up" "general back pain" "full body stretching" So it looks less cluttered and more personable
