Does not work on mobile device. What is the point of having the app when it just sends you to an internet browser when you choose the login with username and password option (the only option it gives you). Always get a "something isn't quite right" error message after putting in login credentials. When accessing directly from the internet instead, it sends you right back to the app which in turn sends you back to internet with same error message. Uninstalling, reinstalling doesn't fix it.

Extremely limited functionality vs the website, and if you try to go to the website on your mobile device, it just opens the app. This means you have almost no capability when on the road unless you bring a laptop. You can submit payroll, but that's about it. You can't change employee info or pay rate or anything. Also can't connect to Wave through the app, and Wave forces you to connect through ADP, meaning I can get to Wave on my phone AT ALL because I signed up through ADP.

Called support for UPS tracking of payroll. She provided me a direct URL to tracking information within the conversation. Problem is the URL was not clickable (it was just text), and it was not copyable so I could paste it into a new browser. I quickly responded to an unrelated text message and within 15 seconds the chat session had timed out and I was back to ADP opening screen without an automatic save of the support text thread.
