Ratings and reviews

App drains my battery even when Im not driving. It causes my phone to get super hot because it's running constantly in the background. It doesn't track all the trips, so it's impossible to get the required 50. Tried uninstalling/reinsalling and everything recommended by tech support, but nothing helps. It's frustratingly unusable to the point that it seems like they are making it so you can't get the drivewise discount.

Good for having your ID card onhand, if you don't happen to have it in a wallet/purse. Has immense difficulty recognizing trips -- will get "checking for trip" notifications when it's on a desk at work, but not when in a moving vehicle. Easily misses over 95% of my actual driving sessions, and the ones it DOES detect are inaccurate for duration and distance. Again, useful for accessing your card.

App is incredibly finicky and hasn't allowed me to set up DriveWise for years due to some unexplained and unresolved error. (Yes I've tried every possible thing on my end, and then some, so make sure it's not a me problem.) Half the time I can't even make a payment in the app. Save yourself a headache and just use their website.
