I've never seen a more simple app be this broken. So I had an account and randomly got logged out of it. Tried to log back in and it says everything is wrong. Tried to recover the account, it refuses to send me any code on both phone and email. Finally we have to call and to get the account reset and I got a generic error, turns out the username was already taken and it didn't tell me that. If I didn't have to use it I wouldn't!

 App drains my battery even when Im not driving. It causes my phone to get super hot because it's running constantly in the background. It doesn't track all the trips, so it's impossible to get the required 50. Tried uninstalling/reinsalling and everything recommended by tech support, but nothing helps. It's frustratingly unusable to the point that it seems like they are making it so you can't get the drivewise discount.

Hi, we hear you! And we’re always improving the app to minimize battery drain. Here’s what you can do: Make sure you’ve installed the most recent app update and are using the latest version of your phone’s operating system.

terrible app. the app doesn't reflect actual driving habits. First, when driving as a passenger and you open the app to list the trip as passenger, the option is hardly ever there. then when you review the trip, it's listed as unsafe driving due to phone activity. second, or takes forever to end a trip. you can try to login in to manually end the trip but again that function is sometimes not available and of course you get another unsafe trip.

Hi, we want to reward all your safe driving! To make sure trips are properly recorded: 1. Keep app on and running in the background and 2. Maintain battery charge above 25%. Also, make sure you have the latest version of Allstate Mobile. For more troubleshooting, tap Profile & Settings, Drivewise, then App Diagnostics.
