App drains my battery even when Im not driving. It causes my phone to get super hot because it's running constantly in the background. It doesn't track all the trips, so it's impossible to get the required 50. Tried uninstalling/reinsalling and everything recommended by tech support, but nothing helps. It's frustratingly unusable to the point that it seems like they are making it so you can't get the drivewise discount.

Good for having your ID card onhand, if you don't happen to have it in a wallet/purse. Has immense difficulty recognizing trips -- will get "checking for trip" notifications when it's on a desk at work, but not when in a moving vehicle. Easily misses over 95% of my actual driving sessions, and the ones it DOES detect are inaccurate for duration and distance. Again, useful for accessing your card.

For being a large company, one would think their app would work. But it doesn't. It always has issues! My son got pulled over & the officer had to wait over 20 minutes for us to access the digital ID card because they were experiencing a difficulty. It doesn't log all my milewise miles. If you are going to charge me per mile, I should be able to see every mile you are charging me for. Sometimes the unit says it's disconnected when it's connected. edit: still the same but website as well!!
