App is horrid. It takes you in an infinite loop when trying to get support. When trying to troubleshoot, all it ever says is "oops something went wrong" but it never tells you what. The app said my service was fine when there was actually an outage in my area. The outage map did not show the outage as being in my area. Many "click here" prompts are not underlined and in blue so that you know where to click. The response time is deathly slow. Logout is hidden. The first thing you see is ads.

This is the worst app I have ever been on, I have to continuously reset the filters that I have, I cannot go back a page wo going all the way out and half the time I get kicked out and have to log back in. I have been trying to purchase a new phone outright now for 45 minutes and just had to start all over again. You should really look into fixing these things because these are reasons why I'll switch to another company

AT&T continues to disappoint with their app. To be specific the portion of the app used to order new phones. OMG what a PITA. Unlike web pages where you move forward with option to hit a back button to back out one page at a time. Nope ot this app. If you hit the "back" button it takes you ALL the way back to very beginning. So as you get more and more frustrated you tend to revert to your baser memorized habits and end up hitting the back button. I pretty much gave up. eBay hear I come.
