9/15/25 update--the aforementioned problems still exist! --This app is good, but so inconsistent. The fingerprint access stopped working a long time ago. Despite it being enabled, it still asks for my password. My main reason for use is to alert me when unknown devices join my network. But since the last update, it is alerting me when my own saved devices join the network. I have them saved to profiles, so it should not be alerting. This is very annoying.

Manage devices and profiles no longer works. I've been getting "Looks like we're having trouble" error and it hasn't been fixed yet. I can no longer pause the internet or change the internet times for my kids like I used to be able to. Very frustrating. And I tried restarting the gateway, which does not fix the problem; so it seems the app itself is the problem. The most useful feature was setting limits on my kids' devices. Now, I won't be able to change the schedule when school starts.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you please send us an email at SHM-Support@att.com with the user id and Billing Account Number (BAN) you are using to login and screenshots of any error messages you are receiving? We would like to look into this for you.

Simple, yet lacking... this app is very simple to use and is well organized; however, it is extremely limited in what you can actually do. For example "personalizing" your network includes changing the SSID or password. that's it. you can't change DHCP settings. you can't control your WiFi signal or channels. you can't create firewall pinholes or configure port forwarding.
