Used to be great but now I'm getting motion notification even if baby isn't moving and when motion is detected, it doesn't record the event. I contacted customer service who offered to replace my camera but it's not possible otherwise I don't have any monitoring device. Plus I explained the issue is with the app, not the camera as other reviews have said the same. Since then, radio silence from customer service. Very disappointing considering the price you pay. ETA: Already tried, doesn't work

Thank you for your feedback. Could you please try resetting your camera unit to see if that resolves the issues.

Notifications no longer working unless the app is open on the phone. I have uninstalled, logged out, and then reinstalled and logged in and doubled checked notifications were on, in the app. The odd thing I've noticed is that when I check the notifications on my phone to make sure its allowing the app permission to notify me, my phone cannot locate the app to even enable that option.

so slow and unreliable. Sometimes I swear I could walk to my baby's room faster than this app can open and load the camera. It is a special level of frustration when you hear your baby crying across the house and can't get a app to work to see why. So unreliable and frustrating. But it does somewhat work and I already invested over $100 in the cameras so I guess I'm committed. if another company comes along with a better one, I'd surely switch.
