Terrible app with many errors! Shows 2 payments on 11/19, but there was only 1. Says bill is due on the 18th of the month, but when I called them, they said it wasn't due until the 19th. Received an email stating i was eligible for an upgraded phone for 9.99. I go into this app and the same phone is 199.99 Boost IT is just terrible, not recommended!!

this, by far, is the worst phone company in America! their connections are horrible, and when you call them because you can't connect your Wi-Fi to your Amazon stick, it doesn't work, and the speed is ridiculously slow! I was paying for 300 emby and getting less than 25 megabytes, and they expect me to pay $54.50! I originally went up to 500 and thought that this would fix it, but I was sadly mistaken! if I were you, I would avoid this phone company like the plague because they are horrible.

The whole app has changed taking away ways to save $ off bill. The app looks to be good for keeping track of data usage, paying ur bill, adding lines & data, etc. Just not many ways to save $ off the bill like b4. I appreciate the last 2 monthly $5 discounts but it in no way makes up for taking away the $ savers where I was saving approx $8-12 a month off my bill. I can do all this app does by going online. There's an ud almost every time I go to the app to check data usage which is often.🤦🏻
