The app is completely insane. Freezes constantly . Their customer support is impossible and there is no way to do anything right. There isn't any support for the dasher. They dock you for situations that are beyond your control. The app messes up constantly ,no fault of mine but they refuse to dispute it . You drive around and waste gas and look incompetent, when actually it's the DoorDash app. They make it seem like we are doing a poor job, even though the app freezes, during your busy time.

Not sure what's up with the app lately. Sometimes when an offer comes in, it won't show up. It'll just show the spinning "loading" indicator. You have to hit back in order for it to actually pop up. Same thing with accept and decline. You hit one of those and it just loads as the countdown timer is still going. Have missed multiple opportunities because of this. This is not an internet issue as my other apps work fine. Another issue is the app zooms you out of hot spots after every offer.

The navigation system and on-time calculator fails terribly to process how long the drive will take, mostly due to not understanding the location of the address and the legal routes to take. They claim it takes traffic and other conditions into consideration, but it's rare when it does. Which makes this new scoring system nearly impossible to have a good on-time score. We have to take on a lot of terrible offers to remain platinum now. This new update is only pushing away the good drivers.
