won't let me create an account . went to website created account , went to useapp but the account for the website doesn't work on app. tried over 10 times to create an account through app and it just says something went wrong try again later. restarting the app each time doesn't help

trying to connect the wifi won't allow me says try back later I just spent about 6 bills buying 2 units and its not allowing me to connect on the wifi saying try back later 6 bills and im being told when im able to connect if I'll ever b able to connect im the customer if I want to connect now i should b able to not good business and does that mean I get a full refund and compensation for the installation of two units by law irs a defective product if wifi is part of the product I would say yes

yo this app is horrible I downloaded this app a month ago to link to my GE 14,000btu ac and every time I go to create a new account it says "something went wrong try again later", and thats every time I open the app and try to create an account, I even deleted the app and the same thing pops up😒🤦🏾‍♂️
