About this app

The Enhance Pro app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

Enhance Pro device compatibility:
Please consult the Enhance Pro app website for up-to-date compatibility information: www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-enhance-pro-compatibility

Use the Enhance Pro app to:
• Connect compatible hearing aids to compatible Android devices for direct audio streaming*
• Enjoy optimization anywhere with online services: Request help with your hearing aid settings from your hearing care professional and receive new settings and software updates.

And use these direct control and personalization options:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Monitor the battery status of your rechargeable hearing aids
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
*If your hearing aids support direct audio streaming, you can find a menu called ‘Direct Audio Streaming’ in the app’s My Enhance Pro menu to learn if your phone supports direct audio streaming.

App will not stay connected to hearing aids. It seems like every other day the app resets and asks if I have hearing aids even though the voice calls will be received to the hearing aid. I just want to have better control of sound that I can only get through the app. I would rather not have music or phone calls streamed through these things but.... any help would be appreciated.

Even though my Jabra Enhance Pro hearing aids connect to Bluetooth immediately, the app does not reliably connect to them. Without a connection to the app, I cannot make calls or cannot stream audio, and the hearing aids interfere with other Bluetooth devices. For example, in the car, the hearing aids grab an incoming phone call, but because they're not connected to the app, I cannot hear the call. if I switch back to the car speakerphone, the hearing aids aggressively grab the call back.

Frequently the app disconnects one of my hearing aids while listening to music causing the music to only play out of one hearing aid. I always wear both and charge both at the same time, so one is not "less charged" or "more battery dead" than the other. There is no excuse for this. It also can affect when interacting with people when this app in particular screws up by disconnecting one hearing aid causing a snuffing up of sounds when the batteries are both fine.
