l used Google Pay to recharge my phone, but the transaction failed and the amount was still deducted. Despite multiple calls, emails, and submitting my bank statements several times, I have not received my refund. Customer service keeps repeating the same requests without resolving the issue. This is highly unprofessional. I request an immediate refund... would have rated a 0 star if I could..

I am unable to pay my electricity bill because the 'Pay' button is not appearing on Google Pay. I have tried every troubleshooting step, including unlinking and relinking the account, checking for updates, and using a different phone—the problem persists. This issue is highly frustrating, and the customer service has been the worst; it is extremely irritating.😡😡

My payment failed, but the money was deducted, so I filed a complaint. Now, the Google Pay service people are not answering my calls. Earlier, they told me it would take 2 days, then 7 days, but I still haven’t received my refund. I had an emergency, yet no further process has been done. They keep saying it will take days for something that should only take 2 minutes. Your service is terrible, and your team is lazy. It was a very bad experience. worst app
