It's not what I thought it was, but that's on me. I originally subscribed for the 2tb storage, thinking i could back up all of my devices, including my PC. Unfortunately, unless I overlooked something, you can only use it to back up your android devices; phone, tablet, chromebook, etc. The app otherwise works exactly how it's supposed to do, I just can't fathom needing all that extra storage for just my phone.

I've had this about a year. The description reads: "Automatically back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages... notice it says "like." Now I personally regard my calendar as an important thing. I accidentally deleted my calendar on another device. had a rude awakening that the backup DID NOT include calendar nor does it have the capacity to include the calendar. in fact you need a non Google app in order to be able to import and export a calendar back up.

Not pleased. Never really was given an option. Basically I was told that either I pay the $2.99 for Google drive or I don't have storage anymore. and then after the first month it went up to $19.99. And I wasn't informed or asked nor did I agree to the increase. And there's nowhere to go to change your plan. And you just expect us to just deal with it. Paying for storage is BS.
