I liked the app. I didn't even know pdq was a restaurant or even a thing into about a couple months ago, but unfortunately the just closed the winston salem nc location down. I've eaten there twice. The food is great. I had no issues submitting my missing points through the app. It wasn't really a hassle, it just took then a few weeks to post the points to my account. No biggie

Just use the drive thru: it's faster. They make you park and come into the store to pick up your order: even though I got here on time (6 minutes from ordering) it's been an extra ten on top waiting on it while the drive through gets priority: the point of mobile ordering is supposed to be convenience. There's no reason they can't just give you your mobile ordered food for pickup in the drive through but it's policy. Also, app requires you to opt into all their emails to register: annoying.

I love PDQs food, but never paid attention to the rewards program. I didn't realize I had previously created an account with them for rewards, so I hadn't been earning points on my recent orders. After figuring out how to submit my recent receipts for rewards reimbursement in the app, I discovered the unfortunate and absolute HASSLE that is their "missed points" submission process. Even Taco Bell's app let's you just scan the barcode on their receipt and BOOM you instantly get your rewards. 👎🏻
