Edit: they added a back up and restore which is great, but now the app has issues opening. and yes, I tried uninstall and reinstall. it's not helping. it keeps force closing. again. at this point it's not worth it to keep trying. the app has been great, but now keeps force closing. I contacted Phillips and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall it.. however if you do this, you lose all progress. my son is over 700 brushings. There needs to be a way to back up and restore data.

won't load. was working great for about a year, then a couple of weeks ago, it won't load my kids profile. Just crashes the app. have uninstalled and reinstalled and still crashing. works on a different phone, but not mine. (update - it's been 2 months and still no fix, now 3 months, absolutely useless and so incredibly frustrating to my kid. unistalling)

The app is currently useless. It takes forever to load in. Then it takes forever to get to the screen to attempt to brush. Normally it won't even load that. Even if you do get the screen for brushing to load, it will it freezes halfway through and won't complete the brushing. Thought it might have been a performance issue with a lower quality kids tablet but doing this same thing on my S25 Ultra, so not an issue with device performance.
