This app requires the following permissions:
* Location permission to access your Wi-Fi network details to detect weak Wi-Fi settings.
* Accessibility permission (AccessibilityService API) in the Web Shield feature that protects you from threats on the web by alerting you to when you visit a malicious web site. Personal or sensitive data is not collected or stored.
* Device Administrator permission for device lock functionality (only if needed for stolen device, and only with real-time customer consent).

Note: The ability to access the claim filing and tracking feature from the Xfinity Mobile Care app is available only to those users enrolled in the Xfinity Mobile Care program and geographically restricted for usage within the United States and Canada.

pop-up and notifications for nothing keep happening and my phone should remain logged in unless I manually exit but it keeps signing out even though my phone service is with Xfinity and the phone was purchased with them.

Absolute nightmare. This spring I had a cracked screen & despite living in a large city, the nearest repair facility was an hour to the north. I went ahead & paid the $100 deductible to get a replacement phone sent to me instead. The phone they sent has multiple issues, & when I sent in a repair request explaining this, it was denied. I called them about it as well. So that's 2 yrs of paying a monthly fee along with a $100 deductible for a replacement phone that's defective & they won't fix it.

I have got terrible service... I made a claim on Sept 10 they took $115 off my card on the September 12... an i have not received my device an its September 23.. they charged me a extra $15 for Saturday delivery an its been 2 weeks an still no phone... I have called in numerous times.. 1st they told me That I will receive a Z-fold 6 because my device was unavailable.. I waited a week no phone.. called back an then they said it would be a Z-fold 4...PLEASE I JUST WANT A PHONE... WHY AM I PAYING I
