I've had the app for a long time. Over the past few weeks, I have no longer been able to order in the app. I tried talking with support, and eventually after back and forth and trying everything they suggested, was told that this is a known issue that when you go to order once clicking on your location, the app crashes. I can use the app on a laptop or desktop, but that's very inconvenient. It also stopped accepting my password and I had to change it. hopefully this issue will be fixed soon.

What the heck Starbucks!? I had a gift card with a bit under $5 left on it and bought a coffee for $7. The app prompted me to reload the card, logically assumed it would be splitting the difference, it did not state any amount or open a secondary screen only prompting a biometric scan. After the scan completed the app automatically charged me $20!? Seriously what the heck!? That's money I would have been using on gas or lunch today for work!

I've had this app for years but haven't used it in awhile so when I open it today it says I need to update... okay so I go to the app store and it says "enable". I click enable and nothing happens. I click 6 more times and nothing happens. I clear the cache and try again. nothing. you're gonna miss out on some money if you're app users can't order ahead. js.
