The 10-purchases-per-month requirement is a TERRIBLE idea. Now it feels like I'm living paycheck to paycheck as I'm holding off on making purchases until the 1st of the month, just so that they'll count towards next month's quota. After all, I'm trying to save money and avoid going out during a pandemic. But if I find myself short on purchases, I'll use the self-checkout lane at the grocery store, scan one item, pay for it; scan the 2nd item, pay for it, etc. Great, now I get to be that weirdo.

As a loyal customer, I've enjoyed T-Mobile's progress over the last several years. With T-Money, I was excited to switch over. However, it has been nearly a month now and my account still has not been set up and I cannot access the app due to a connection issue. I called 2 wks ago where I was told my account was set up and deleted for some reason. I called once more and they are still citing the same issue for a large multitude of customers. cant recommend.

Your money floats in limbo for a week at a time, when you transfer money from another bank. They have an option to add direct deposit, but they want your whole paycheck. The app works, but it feels like there's too much to look at. Information you only need to see once and someone probably already read before they decided to use the service, should get put into a sub menu. It's like the $120 a year you'd get at the 4% interest rate is just paying you to suffer this experience.
