Horrible. Try to manage your account, redeem a benefit, manage your plan, or view your bill and it will not work. Try to shop, upgrade, or pay your bill and it works every time! Weird, right? Then you're forced to call, and that is an even worse experience. They definitely oversold the service and experience. There is nothing I like about T-Mobile in general. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED!

T Mobile is a great service. I give it 4 stars because you have to watch your bill for charges that should not be applied to your bill. Their service representatives are usely easy to work with and will rectify this problem. So I am very pleased with their payment options but always watch your bill for mistakes that could be costing you more than you should be paying.

This app and the webpage are The worst nightmare possible. Customer service is the worst, have no clue to to fix the issues. The application all the sudden started acting up, removing and switching add-ons without authorization. The customers have the ability to block or reinstate the data to any of your users, however the app GLITCHES and it keeps removing or adding options that are not the original added. Now every time I need to make a change to the add- on I have to either call or chat
