How many times do I have to cancel orders that were accidentally accepted?! The app overlays the screen where my keyboard typing is occurring, so it puts the accept button right under my fingers mid-sentence! Why can't you implement a 2-click confirmation? Update: workaround by turning off the overlay permissions after going online. yeah, it's a PITA to set it every time, but that's what I need to have control over my device, I guess.

lowered to 1 star since any time I click the area to log off, an order pops up and matches since it uses the same spot. infuriating. then I have to cancel. it's annoying to accept a matched order, be given directions for pickup, drive there, only to find another driver,or 5 already picked it up, we're uncompensated. the app really needs to fix issues like this. also, having no live customer support is abysmal. the 'ai' is useless. also I agree the overlay is a pain, and dangerous in some cases.

eats: highly gamified, prioritizes order optimization over driver efficiency or safety. multiple times have driven for a pickup to find it was offered & picked up by another driver (ai fault?). predictably bursts driver map near order "a" completion zone w/new offers, driver must accept or decline to see map again. driving. offers zoom out & re-orient map, making it difficult to judge quickly (offer card counts down.. Y??) if a trip is worth it. info is intentionally limited. dismissive support.
