It's great that you can set up auto pay but it never actually works, it never automatically takes your payment forcing you to pay manually. 9 times out of 10 if I try to open the app it says the URL can't be found or it's just a blank screen and then you either have to call in to make a payment or you have to go on a web browser to make a payment. something really needs to be done about this app. currently it's just a waste of space on my device.

Terrible. Absolutely NEVER works. I can never refill my prepaid services on the app or on the website. I received a promotional email but have not been able to receive the gift despite doing what I needed to do. I called customer service and that was a joke as well. After four calls, someone finally told me to try doing what the email said on the day the promotion expires. update on 6.9.25. the app is still terrible. never works. the automated phone option to pay is terrible too, no other way

I installed this app a few years back, and it was great for making my payments each month. Now I can't make payments or anything else which now forces me, and from what I've read, to either go to the website or call in a payment. Like others who have left reviews I get a blank screen when I open the app and can't even get anything to work. I've also signed up for automatic payments to be taken out of my bank account but that only happened once and that was back in November 2018. Fix your App and fix your site cause I'm not the only person who now has a useless app.
